All banquet spaces are reserved on a first come first serve basis. The TPC Grille is only available in the evening when regular “A la Carte” dining is not available. Banquet room reservations allow usage for up to a four hour time period. Due to the limited amount of space available for meetings and banquet events, a food and beverage minimum has been established for each available room.

Banquet Room Charges
The following food and beverage minimums will apply for each room:

If the minimum is not met, the difference between the food and beverage charges, (before tax and service charges), and the applicable minimum will be charged as a room rental fee. If the minimum is met, there will be no room rental fee.

To ensure the satisfaction of all your event needs, we will make every effort to meet your requirements by reserving the proper room to suit the particular needs of your event. Should another room become available at a later date that would better suit your needs, the Club reserves the right to relocate your group upon receipt of your final guarantee. The Club will not relocate your event to a different room without notification.

Events requiring room usage beyond contracted times will incur a labor charge of $200 per half hour.

Deposits / Payments
A $500 nonrefundable deposit is required at the time of booking and is applied towards the balance. Upon receipt of your deposit, your event will be considered firm and you will receive written confirmation of the date, time, room and estimated number of people. Sixty days prior to your event, 50% of the total estimated cost is due. The remaining balance is due seven days prior to the event. Cancellations inside of sixty days will forfeit all deposits and payments. All balances remaining unpaid more than thirty days after the due date shall be subject to a finance charge of 1.5 percent per month. Should this amount be referred to collections, the customer shall pay all attorney fees, court costs, collections expenses and litigation expenses plus fee.

Cancelations
Cancellations inside of 60 days will forfeit all deposits and payments. Functions with “pre-selected” menus will be charged 50% of anticipated revenue if cancelled within less than 48 hours of the scheduled event, and 100% of anticipated revenue if cancelled within less than 24 hours of the event.

Menu Selections
For your convenience we have complete menus that will satisfy your reception needs. In addition, the banquet sales coordinator and executive chef are available to design your ultimate reception experience. Your final menu selections are due to the banquet sales coordinator, at the latest, 10 days prior to your event.

Guarantees
For ordering purposes, the expected number of guests attending your event is due seventy-two (72) business hours in advance. Your charge will be based on the minimum guarantee or the actual number of guests, whichever is greater. The club will prepare to serve up to 5% over the guarantee.

Pricing
All food and beverage is subject to a (20%) service charge and applicable Louisiana state sales tax, which is added to the total cost of the function. All food and beverage prices are subject to change with notification, if possible.

Inclement Weather
The decision to move an outdoor function to an inside location due to inclement weather will be made 4 hours prior to the start time of the function. Every attempt will be made to consult with the group contact; however, TPC reserves the right to make the final decision. There may be additional set up or breakdown charges that will be determined according to the specific requirements and needs of each function.

Property Protection
The customer is responsible and shall reimburse the club for any damage, loss or liability incurred to the club by any of the customer’s guests or organizations contracted by the customer to provide any services or goods before, during and after the function. The customer agrees to indemnify and hold the club and its officers, directors, employees and agents harmless from and against any and all losses, claims, damages, liabilities (including reasonable attorney’s fees whether incurred in preparation for trial, at trial, on appeal or in bankruptcy proceedings) jointly or separately, to which the club may become subject as a result of the agreement or any default hereunder.

The club shall not be liable for nonperformance of this contract when such nonperformance is attributable to labor troubles, disputes or strikes, accidents, government (Federal, State, and Municipal) regulations of, or restrictions upon travel or transportation, non availability of food, beverage or supplies, riots, national emergencies, acts of God and other causes whether enumerated herein or not, which are beyond the reasonable control of the club, preventing or interfering with the club’s performance of its obligations under this contract.
