The Forme Tour

The Path to the Korn Ferry Tour

The Forme Tour is set to make a tournament stop at a member course of the TPC Network operated by the PGA TOUR, as TPC River’s Bend will host the Forme Open from August 18th through the 21st, 2021. The Forme Tour is a United States-based alternative to the Mackenzie Tour-PGA Tour Canada. The top five earners will earn a spot on the 2021-2022 Korn Ferry Tour.

The tour was created by the PGA Tour in 2021 in response to COVID-19 pandemic-related restrictions on travel between the United States and Canada, in order to provide competition for non-Canadian PGA Tour Canada members.

Forme, a wellness-technology company that designs therapeutic wearables to optimize neck and spinal alignment, correct posture, and boosts recovery has with previous sponsorship ties to PGA Tour Series-China (seven years) is the new tour sponsor.

Designed by Arnold Palmer, TPC River’s Bend opened in 2001 as a Golf Digest “Top 10 Best New Private Courses in the U.S.” and has been consistently recognized by the publication as one of Ohio’s “Best Courses in State” from 2005 to 2011, as well as 2015 and 2016. The course’s par-72 layout overlooks the historic Little Miami River, 25 miles northeast of Cincinnati. Complementing the golf course is an expansive TOUR-caliber, 12-acre practice facility featuring multiple chipping and putting areas.

TPC River’s Bend has been the site of several professional tournaments, including the PGA TOUR Champions Kroger Classic between 2002 and 2004, and the Chiquita Classic on the Web.com Tour from 2010 to 2012.
