Meeting and Event Spaces
If you have a large group, the Ponte Vedra, Blue Heron and Osprey rooms can combine to host our largest meetings and events. Separately, they each provide three flexible banquet rooms of various capacities. Each comes complete with its own furnished, private balcony. A mix of modern technology, mahogany chiavari chairs, and optional soft seating, provides a continental flair to your event.
With its balcony overlooking the Practice Facility, the Sunset Room is 2,112 square feet of flexible meeting space. Dual fireplaces on the inside with a western exposure outside offer a breathtaking view of a north Florida sunset.
There are three private meeting rooms at TPC Sawgrass: the Presidents Cup Library, Live Oak and Board Room. These rooms are ideal settings for smaller corporate meetings or intimate wine dinners. The richly-decorated conference rooms feature walnut floors, area rugs, fireplaces and executive chairs and set the tone for your business meeting. TPC Sawgrass features state-of-the-art technology with wireless internet access on site to accommodate any and all business needs imaginable.
Our Champions Room, which is dedicated to the current PLAYERS Champion, specializes in events for 50 people or less. With its own gas fireplace, private terrace, and comfortable seating, Champions is the room to close the deal.
Finally, consider taking your corporate event outside and take in the panoramic views, the 11,000-square-foot terraced lawn, and an additional 3,100-square-foot presentation lawn on site. These are spectacular settings for both lavish and informal outdoor events, including cocktail receptions, special events, and charitable initiatives.
