Annual Pass Program
All applications for Annual Passes are subject to the review and approval of the Membership Committee for the Club. If an application is not accepted by the Membership Committee, the applicant will receive a refund of the portion of the Annual Fee paid, if any.
Golf Course Rules and Regulations
“The Club” is defined as TPC Deere Run.
All Annual Pass Program applicants of The Club should familiarize themselves with the following rules and regulations which have been adopted for the common good and must be observed for the same reason.
Guest Play: Each annual pass player is allowed to invite and make reservations for up to 7 guests at the Annual Pass Program guest rate in accordance with their booking window. Group play of 12 players or more can be made 30 days in advance by calling our Head Golf Professional at (309) 796-4017. All groups must be accompanied by the Annual Pass Player.
Play Registration: All players must register in the Golf Shop before scheduled starting time. (This applies for practicing as well).
Starting of Play: All golf course play is to begin at No. 1 tee unless modified by the golf shop.
Golf Carts: Must have a valid driver’s license to drive a golf cart. There is no discount for walking, but walking is permitted. No more than two riders and two golf bags permitted per golf cart. Golf carts must stay on cart paths in the vicinity of all greens and tees as denoted by the signs.
Speed of Play: It should be a goal of all players to complete their round in four hours and thirty-five minutes. This amount of time is more than adequate provided all players remain aware of the rights of others to play without delay. It is the responsibility of each group to keep pace with the group ahead. If your group falls one complete hole behind the group ahead, you may be required to move into position on the course and keep pace. It is also the responsibility of all groups to freely advise the course advisor of less observant groups if the pace of play is adversely affected by them. The course advisor has the authority to keep play moving at the proper pace for all players’ enjoyment.
Course Care: Annual Pass players are reminded to help repair ball marks, sand fill divots and rake bunkers.
Food & Beverage: Food and beverages are available for consumption on the golf course from the beverage carts, Midway Grille and TPC Grille restaurant. Only food and beverage purchased from The Club may be taken onto the course. Due to the State of Illinois liquor laws, all distribution of alcohol must be controlled by The Club.
Dress Code: Golfers are required to wear proper golf attire at all times. All denim (jeans), bathing attire, collarless shirts, gym shorts, tank tops, tube and halter tops, mesh shirts, cutoffs, short shorts, tennis outfits and dress of this type are NOT PERMITTED. A Bermuda length short is permissible, as are shirts with mock collars.
Lessons: Golf lessons are available at a 20% discount by appointment through the Golf Shop. Any one of our Assistant Golf Professionals or the Head Golf Professional will be available to provide assistance in this area. With the exception of PGA TOUR players who from time to time employ their own golf coach, Annual Pass players are not permitted to bring their own instructors.
Conduct; Annual Pass members are expected to conduct themselves appropriately at all times and may not engage in offensive, harassing or other inappropriate conduct at the Club.
Damage to Club Property: Any damage caused by an Annual Pass player to The Club’s property or grounds will be paid for by the individual responsible. In the case of a guest, the sponsoring Annual Pass Program player will be billed.
Club Rule Violations: Annual Pass players are subject to penalties as provided by The Club which include suspension or revocation of privileges.
Modification: The Club reserves the right to modify the general rules due to special circumstances. These rules may be updated at the discretion of The Club.
