Arrival Process

at TPC Scottsdale

CANCELLATIONS:
A reservation may be canceled up to 72 hours in advance of the playing date either by contacting the golf shop or through the website. The golf shop must be contacted in order to cancel a reservation within 72 hours. Any cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to arrival may be charged the full green fee rate.

GUEST DECORUM:
All Guests, Annual Pass Holders, and Designees shall respect and treat with dignity other Guests, Annual Pass Holders, Designees, and Club employees. In particular, Guests and Annual Pass Holders shall not engage in offensive, harassing or other inappropriate conduct. Such behavior is inconsistent with the Club’s philosophy of mutual respect for all. Violation of this policy by any Guest, Annual Pass Holder, Designee(s) or their Immediate Family Members could affect privileges.

NO-SHOW POLICY:
A No Show policy will apply to all tee time reservations. The individual making the reservation, whether it is for 1,2,3, 4 or more players will be responsible for the entire no-show fees, or any portion of the fees, if players are missing from the group. No-shows will be charged the full green fee rate.

Proper golf attire is required. Shorts must be Bermuda length. Soft spikes only. DENIM JEANS, AND TANKS TOPS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
