#MondayMoves!! Today we have the beautiful 4th hole on the Stadium course. This 187 yard par-3 looks long but plays about 170. What club would you hit?

7 or 8 depending wind and pin placement.

I had 20 mph, winds in my face and hit a 4 iron

I played this hole last year and used a 7-iron

8 iron and judging by the flag 🤣 the wind is dead so full 8.

A high 8 iron cut to the left side if the green to a 8-10 foot uphill putt.

7 or 8 depending upon pin placement.

5 hybrid

Full 8 iron

With no wind it would be a stiff 9 iron

Depends on wind 8 or 7 iron

3 hybrid.

I hit 6-iron and got a hole-in-one 👍🏻

3 hybrid

9-Iron

6 for me

7 iron!

7 iron more than likely

8 iron

6 iron

The Greatest Show on Grass

Waste Management Phoenix Open

The Waste Management Phoenix Open, known as “The Greatest Show on Grass,” held at TPC Scottsdale annually in early February. In 2020 the tournament will start on Monday, January 27th and end on Sunday, February 2nd. The WMPO is the best-attended golf tournament in the world with more than 700,000 fans in attendance.

The 2019 Waste Management Phoenix Open raised more than $13.2 million dollars for charity, setting a tournament record for the eighth straight year.  The Thunderbirds and the WMPO have raised more than $45M for charities since 2010 when Waste Management became the title sponsor.

The WMPO has won the PGA TOUR’s “Best Title Sponsor Integration award for diverting 100% of tournament waste from landfills. Zero waste means nothing from the tournament went to landfills in three years – not a single cup, can, sign or container.

All ticket sales and volunteers are coordinated through the Thunderbird organization.
