Danny Willet: I heard some good things about it when it was a tour event. Obviously, a golf course being a TPC you know that the credentials are there and the guys think pretty highly of it.

PHIL MICKELSON: It’s in great shape.  It always is.  It’s really a wonderful golf course.  I think it’s one of the most underrated courses or the most underrated course we have on TOUR.  I think that it’s such a straightforward, fun test of golf, and if you hit good shots, you get rewarded with good putts at birdies, and if you miss the greens, you’re challenged by a very good up and down.  I like everything about Southwind.  I don’t think it gets the credit it deserves, but it’s really a wonderful layout.

RYAN PALMER:  I love this golf course.  I’ve always loved coming here.  Something about these greens that gets me going.  I’ve had success on this golf course, and, you know, it’s great to get another low round in.

BEN CRANE:  I’ve never seen the golf course in this good a shape.  It is absolutely impressive…The greens are as good a greens as we have putted all year.  I would put these at or better than Augusta National.  I mean, these greens are incredible right now.”

BILLY HORSCHEL: I think this is an underrated golf course.  I think it’s probably one of the Top-5 golf courses in my opinion.

BROOKS KOPEKA: I think it’s perfect for bombers.  A great course.  Fairways are 60 yards wide, hundred yards wide, feels like.  Hit it over 300 yards, it’s paradise for you.

BEN CRANE: I love this golf course. I love the routing of it. I love–it’s just something, I think it’s one of the best courses. Stewart and I were mentioning walking up, is this the best golf course on tour? It’s certainly in the top-5. So it’s just really well thought out. I couldn’t love it any more.
