Located in the clubhouse, Melao represents all the fun and flavor that defines who we are as Puerto Ricans. Mario’s exquisite creations inspired by our culture will delight your taste buds. Open Wednesday to Sunday 6pm – 10pm.

This casual, social-vibe restaurant and bar evokes the simplicity of our contemporary cuisine. Panela’s all-day menu features our Chef’s weekly special, fresh market salads, shareable appetizers and hearty entrees with unusual twists of local flavor influences.

Open Monday – Tuesday 7am – 9pm and Wednesday to Sunday 7am – 10pm

Inspired from our Taíno roots, Barlovento stands as a big seashell that inspires wind, movement and evolution. It’s the perfect place for a quick al fresco lunch or sunset cocktail overlooking the ocean filled with kite-surfers zigzagging across the seascape. Enjoy both lunch and a show. Open Wednesday to Sunday 11am – 7pm.
