The scope of work, which is scheduled to span three years, will include:
- Golf Courses
- Resurfaced greens, tees, fairways and rebuilt bunkers.
- New state-of-the-art irrigation system for better coverage and turf health.
- New and resurfaced cart paths.
- Expansion of a club restaurant, the Golfer’s Grill, with construction of a covered outdoor patio overlooking the 18th green.
- Sports Center
- Complete modernization of the Sports Center, updating interiors and finishes and upgrading existing locker rooms, while restructuring the 16,000 square-foot space to allow for more open cardio, strength and group exercise.
- Addition of a full-service “healthy café,” offering a variety of organic, farm-fresh dining options after workouts.
- Additions to the pool area including new poolside furniture with umbrellas, new poolside “resort style” cabanas and a new pool deck surface.

As with most major renovations, scheduling will be strategically coordinated to minimize disruption to membership, renovating each of the three nine-hole courses at a time so that members will have access to 18 championship holes of golf at all times. The course work is also being scheduled so that there will be minimal impact on the PGA TOUR Champions’ annual Mitsubishi Electric Classic.
