Completed in 2019, TPC Sugarloaf’s $20 Million Club Enhancement Project encompassed renovations to the Golf Courses, Clubhouse and Lifestyle Center with a goal of modernizing the amenities and enriching member experiences.

The project earned the coveted first place in the private club category of Golf Inc. Magazine’s “Renovation of the Year” award, designed to recognize the most outstanding golf course renovations and restorations.

The scope of work included:

- Golf Courses
  - Resurfaced greens, tees, fairways and rebuilt bunkers.
  - New state-of-the-art irrigation system for better coverage and turf health.
  - New and resurfaced cart paths.
- Clubhouse
  - Expansion of a club restaurant, Rye Kitchen and Bar, with construction of a covered outdoor patio overlooking the 18th green.
- Lifestyle Center
  - Complete modernization of the Lifestyle Center, updating interiors and finishes and upgrading existing locker rooms, while restructuring the 16,000 square-foot space to allow for more open cardio, strength and group exercise.
  - Addition of a full-service “healthy café, Tempo Restaurant & Café” offering a variety of organic, farm-fresh dining options after workouts.
  - Additions to the pool area including new poolside furniture with umbrellas, new poolside “resort-style” cabanas and a new pool deck surface.
